I work across cloud infrastructure, software development, CRM and data engineering, and technology assessment—building and recommending systems that are secure, maintainable and aligned with real operational needs.
Cloud Infrastructure
I design and support secure cloud infrastructure that helps organisations run services reliably and manage resources efficiently. My experience spans AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Huawei Cloud, including compute, storage, identity and access, monitoring, backup, and deployment configuration. I evaluate operational requirements, apply appropriate security controls, and document environments for easier support and maintenance. My approach prioritises availability, responsible scaling, cost awareness, and practical architecture, ensuring cloud solutions remain dependable, understandable, and aligned with the organisation’s actual needs.
Software Development
I develop maintainable software that turns operational requirements into reliable digital tools. My work covers frontend and backend development, API integration, automation, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation using JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, PHP, and Java. I design and work with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firestore, selecting structures that fit application and data requirements. I support delivery from requirements through production deployment, focusing on security, usability, performance, and maintainability.
CRM & Data Engineering
I support and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems that help organisations manage customers, sales, service processes, and operational data. My experience includes Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, covering configuration, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, user support, and process improvement. In data engineering, I work with data collection, cleaning, transformation, integration, validation, and reporting, using technologies such as BigQuery, Apache Spark, and Hadoop for larger datasets. My goal is to create dependable systems and data flows that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Technology Assessment & Recommendation
I assess how organisations work, identify technology gaps, and recommend systems that fit their operational needs, goals, budget, team capacity, and future growth. This service includes reviewing existing tools, documenting requirements, comparing suitable platforms, considering integration and security needs, and explaining the practical advantages and limitations of each option. I focus on recommending technology that solves the right problem, works with existing processes, and can be maintained effectively, helping companies make informed decisions without adding unnecessary cost or complexity.

Systems Officer
EarthEnable Rwanda Ltd · Kigali, Rwanda
Administer and improve Salesforce and other business-critical systems supporting field operations, quality assurance, customer service and management teams. Translate operational requirements into secure workflows, automations, reports, dashboards and mobile processes. Provide advanced support across Google Workspace, implemented and maintain Google Mobile Device Management (MDM), support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data backup processes, and develop operational reporting using BigQuery, Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, permissions and task-routing solutions.
- Maintain evaluation and case-management workflows, automated notifications, reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and improve system performance, data quality and user experience.
- Improve Formyoula forms, evaluation logic, mobile workflows and field-data collection.
- Develop reporting solutions using Google Sheets, BigQuery and Looker Studio.
- Implemented and maintain Google MDM, including device enrolment, security policies, compliance monitoring and authorised remote actions.
- Support IAM processes, including account provisioning, permissions, access reviews, MFA and account deactivation.
